Photo's sent by mail should be protected with cardboard to prevent damage in mail and will be returned with your new jewelry. Please include your name, phone number and e-mail address in case there are any questions as well as Paypal confirmation reference.

8. We will assume all photos are personally owned or that customer has received required release from photographer if photos are copyright material. Mark envelope "PHOTO ENCLOSED" in bold letters at an angle, apart from address for extra care in postal handling.

9. Indicate whether black and white, full color or sepia is desired for each photo reproduction. If you are sending two photos for a double-sided charm, indicate color choice for each photo. Also, please indicate which photo should go on View B of charm. There is a small engraved marking on one side of all double sided charms. It reads ".925" (the marking for Sterling Silver) and the same in Chinese Characters. It is not readable without a magnifying glass but you can see there is some kind of small marking. See View B for: Double Sided Oval, Circle, Rectangle and Square of charms.

10. Normal cropping close to the face will be assumed unless otherwise specified. You Can use Post-It notes to "frame" the area of a picture you would like in a charm if you send the photo by postal mail.
